Levin's database contained Quidditch-related knowledge in some of the books he had stored.
“I’ve always heard that Ravenclaw has produced a genius this year, but only after experiencing it firsthand do I realize that you truly deserve it,” Ciri exclaimed. “It seems you don’t need to take any more theory lessons. To be honest, most of our Ravenclaw players probably don’t know as much Quidditch as you do.”
“Then let’s get straight to the practical test. Professor Flitwick said he’ll personally buy you a new broom, but you can use mine until then.”
As she spoke, she handed the broom to Levin and winked at him:
"Sweep the Seven Stars, Professor Flitwick gave it to me when I joined the team, so treat it well."
Upon hearing this, Levin immediately grasped the meaning behind it.
Professor Flitwick would give himself a flying broomstick, but that was by no means a regular occurrence.
Most of the team members bought their own brooms.
This is mostly because he came from a Muggle orphanage and didn't have a wizarding family to provide the funds to buy brooms.
In addition, he does have Quidditch talent, which makes it worthwhile for him to spend some money on it.
Harry probably did for the same reason.
The fact that Ciri received this gift likely indicates that her situation when she arrived at Hogwarts was similar to mine.
This further illustrates that, like him, Ciri is an outsider in the Harry Potter world.
Levin nodded, turned around, waved his wand at himself under Ciri's curious gaze, and then mounted his broom.
The three-hit combo of [Bear's Tenacity], [Ox's Strength], and [Cat's Elegance] has been completed.
Immediately afterwards, Ciri released a shiny black slingshot.
It had been struggling desperately inside the box.
As soon as the ball gained its freedom, it swiftly hurtled towards Levin's face.
Levin casually grabbed a baseball bat from the box and swung it hard.
With the blessing of [Bull's Strength], Levin's strength increased from 7 to 12, completely surpassing that of an adult.
The ball was instantly knocked away, whistling towards the goalpost, and then accurately passing through the iron ring—as if it were not a heavy ball, but a nimble Quake.
“Well done, Levin. You’re stronger than I thought. I misjudged you before…”
Before Ciri could finish speaking, the restless ball came crashing down from the sky again, but this time it was aimed at her head.
Ciri, of course, didn't back down. She darted around, grabbed the wandering ball, and forcibly put it into the box despite its struggles.
This skill level is almost comparable to my own when I'm buffed.
No wonder she became a Witcher.
“You have the potential to be a hitter,” Ciri commented, “but let’s see what your talent is in other positions.”
So next, Ciri had Levin fly around the field twice, attempting some difficult flying maneuvers, which Levin completed perfectly.
Then came the test for the ball chaser.
Ciri asked Levin to cooperate with him in a series of complex passes and tactical maneuvers.
For example, passing the ball backwards, Bokov's feint, etc.
This kind of technique, which requires teamwork, cannot be accomplished by physical ability alone.
Levin's mind-manipulation abilities came into play at this point.
Although he hasn't mastered the ability to "detect thoughts," he can already read some simple emotions.
Levin knew exactly when Ciri was going to pass the ball and when it was inconvenient for her to receive it.
This directly resulted in the two working together with perfect coordination.
On the Quidditch pitch,
When Ciri saw the boy catch her legend without even turning his head again...
A subtle feeling arose within her:
This boy not only possessed excellent reflexes, keen observation skills, and agile movements, but also achieved perfect understanding with her on their very first collaboration.
Perhaps, he is a teammate sent from heaven.
They were born to play Quidditch together.
After the two finished the test, Ciri couldn't contain her excitement and grabbed Levin's hand: "Come on, Levin, how about we be the chasers together?"
"While you're talented enough to play any position, I think you're best suited to the Chaser. With you on the team, Ravenclaw would undoubtedly win the Quidditch Cup this year!"
Seemingly fearing something might go wrong, she added, "Besides you, we also recruited a very talented player this year. Roger specifically requested her to be the Seeker because she's—well—very—cute?"
In order to become his teammate, Ciri gave up the most attractive Seeker position and even brought Roger along as an excuse.
But Levin believed that if Ciri really wanted to make a decision, even Captain Roger Davis would have to listen to her—after all, she was the "Lion Cub of Sintra".
Levin was not surprised by Ciri's reaction.
Or rather, this was something he did intentionally.
With his mental abilities, he could have great chemistry even with an idiot as a teammate.
However, Levin will only give this understanding to Ciri.
His calculations were very clear.
One of the four ironclad bonds in life is "together we've fought side by side".
The friendship forged in battle is the strongest.
Playing side-by-side on the field has a similar effect.
And if comrades-in-arms also have a tacit understanding like that of two minds.
Then the strength of the friendship will be doubled.
When his relationship with Ciri becomes close enough, he can then inquire about some secrets concerning his origins and background.
Needless to say, Ciri's looks and potential alone make her a worthy confidante for Levin.
Levin readily agreed to Ciri's offer and officially became the Chaser for the Ravenclaw Quidditch team.
For the next period of time, Levin also became busy.
As the course progresses, the regular coursework naturally becomes increasingly heavy.
He still spends most of his free time in the library.
In addition to that, Levin also has to attend Quidditch training three times a week, as well as one-on-one tutoring sessions with Hermione on weekends.
Aside from not being able to find an opportunity to enter the restricted book section, his life was quite fulfilling.

Ciri's grandmother was Queen Calanthe of Cintra, nicknamed "Lion of Cintra," and Ciri received a complete court education.
Chapter 30 Evocation Magic and Class Levels
"Levin, you're much faster than Cho Chang, the Golden Snitch, just because she's pretty?!"
Terry Boots, on the other side, also said.
"Indeed, Zhang Qiu is very beautiful, but how does she compare to Senior Shireira?"
Levin shrugged and asked.
“Of course, Ciri is better. In terms of appearance, no one in Ravenclaw can compare to Ciri.”
Terry Booth answered without hesitation.
"Yes, I think so too,"
Levin crossed his arms and said quietly, "So you see what my position is, and what Ciri's position is."
"You and Cerira are both Chaser... Oh, I see!"
Terry Boots suddenly realized what was happening and looked at Levin with surprise.
"Being near the water tower gives you an advantage; you truly are one of those who get the moon first!"
Anthony patted Levin on the shoulder heavily.
"Not only is he good at studying and Quidditch, but he's also incredibly skilled at picking up girls. Being his roommate must be a huge challenge."
Steve said in a joking tone.
Levin shook his head, unwilling to pay attention to these classmates whose minds were full of unclean thoughts.
However, after two months of practice, Levin's flying skills and Quidditch techniques continued to improve.
His on-field coordination with Ciri was even more superb.
The young wizards who watched their training all felt that with them on the team, Ravenclaw was destined to win this year's Quidditch Cup.
During this process, Levin and Ciri's relationship grew increasingly close.
If things continue at this pace, it might not be long before they are able to be completely honest with each other.
Suddenly, Levin seemed to remember something and asked:
"By the way, is tomorrow Halloween?"
Steve nodded slightly: "Yes, it's Halloween Eve today. I heard the school is having a lavish banquet."
Terry, standing nearby, eagerly chimed in, "I heard 'reliable' news that Dumbledore has invited a famous skeleton dance troupe to perform this year!"
"Halloween..."
Levin nodded.
Halloween is a traditional Western holiday. Celebrations usually take place at night, with children dressing up in costumes and wearing masks to collect candy from door to door.
This is the Western Ghost Festival.
In the world of Harry Potter, Halloween is an important day every year.
It wasn't because of the Halloween dinner, but because something was bound to happen at Hogwarts around this time.
For example, will the trolls from the original story appear this year?
Levin was getting excited just thinking about it.
