Just look at Lockhart; the more famous someone is, the more suspenseful their predictions become, and the more attention they attract from all the students.
Trelawney's death prophecies each semester are a gimmick, an advertisement to attract young wizards.
After all, what death prophecy doesn't specify the date of death? That would be the same as having no prophecy at all.
Everyone dies eventually.
“I’m already thinking about skipping Divination class,” Hermione said, then cheered up again. “But the next class is Muggle Studies. I think the wizard’s perspective on Muggles will be really interesting!”
"So you're conducting 'research on wizards' research on Muggles,' researching how wizards research Muggles?" Levin couldn't help but retort.
She, a Muggle-born wizard, went to study Muggle studies, not for the sake of easy courses, but for this kind of nested doll research.
“…If that’s how you see it, then you’re right.” Hermione felt that Levin’s statement was rather odd.
But on second thought, his summary wasn't wrong either.
The two chatted for quite a while before Hermione finally decided to go to class.
But before leaving, she still wanted to figure out that question.
"Levin, who was that girl you were hugging and cuddling with? Just tell me, I swear, I won't be angry." Hermione said, a benevolent expression on her face.
"How come your clever brain still hasn't figured it out?" Levin couldn't help but burst out laughing. "But you'll probably understand soon enough."
As he spoke, Levin suddenly hugged it tightly, then turned around, his back to the corridor.
At the same time, a familiar voice rang out from the other side of the corridor.
"Levin, what are you doing there?"
Hermione's body stiffened abruptly; she knew that voice all too well.
That was her own voice.
She then remembered that this was her earliest self, when she had just left the Gryffindor common room and was on her way to the Great Hall for breakfast.
If Levin hadn't stepped in between them in time, she would have been seen by her past self.
"Now you know how dangerous a time-tamper is, right?" Levin said with a grin. "Remember to bark like a dog at noon."
As he spoke, he silently cast a [Greater Invisibility] spell, causing Hermione to vanish into thin air.
Hermione, who was invisible in his arms, immediately hurried away.
Hermione quickly caught up from behind.
She looked around, searching for anything, before finally asking, "Levin, where's that girl? Who is she?"
Levin, of course, could not break the time loop, so he could only say, "I'm sorry, that was our secret back then, and I can't reveal it for now."
Hermione gave an "oh," then lowered her head and remained silent for about two seconds.
Suddenly, he pulled out his wand and pointed it at Levin:
"Activate the rope!" (Tu)

Chapter 184 Learning to Meow
In fact, Levin and Hermione didn't need to wait until lunchtime to meet, because Ravenclaw and Gryffindor had their second Transfiguration class together.
The moment their eyes met across the classroom, the girl lowered her head in shame, too ashamed to look at him.
She understood everything and realized that she had greatly misunderstood the boy.
What flirting, what hugging and cuddling—all along, what she doubted was herself—her future self.
She brought this whole thing on herself.
Today's lesson is about Animagus, but it's just a brief introduction.
Professor McGonagall did not expect the third-year wizards to learn such complex spells.
The professor transformed into a spotted cat in front of the whole class, with traces of glasses around his eyes. This demonstration drew thunderous applause from the classroom, and the young wizards were all inspired, eager to learn from the Animagus and hoping to one day be able to do the same.
But they soon realized that they were still far from becoming true Animagus! This kind of transformation cannot be accomplished by a student in school.
For example, even the first step of Animagus is something that ordinary junior wizards cannot do.
For a whole month, the young wizard must keep a single mandrake leaf in his mouth—if the leaf leaves his mouth or is swallowed, the whole process must start over.
Even if you accomplish this and meet a series of other demanding conditions, you're still a bit short of luck before you succeed.
Users must wait for suitable thunderstorms before they can attempt their first transformation, a task that is virtually impossible for a student.
From this perspective, Harry's father and his gang were truly extraordinary.
Although Levin had long since mastered the Animagus archetype and the Druid's Wild Transformation,
Even at this time, he continued to study the relevant knowledge diligently.
After all, he also wanted to help his female friends become Animagus, just like the "Raiders."
But he can't expect them all to have druidic talent.
After class, Levin immediately cornered Hermione.
Feeling guilty, the girl reluctantly agreed to fulfill the contract under Levin's urging, but suggested changing the dog's bark to a cat's meow.
She just got a new cat this semester, and the cat's meow seems to be more tolerable?
So, under Levin's enthusiastic gaze, Hermione meowed softly, almost making him swoon with cuteness.
The price was that Hermione didn't dare see him for an entire afternoon.
It wasn't until after dinner, because of the rag's smugness, that Hermione had no choice but to go with Harry and Ron to find Levin.
The girl's first question was, "Have you heard?"
Levin was completely bewildered: "What did I hear? I heard there's a strange guy wandering around Wolf Territory?"
"What Wolfrun? Who's wandering around?" Hermione, completely oblivious to Levin's joke, explained earnestly, "Here's the thing, Malfoy got injured in Hagrid's class. We're planning to go visit Hagrid, are you coming?"
“Of course I’ll go. Hagrid is my friend too.” Levin nodded at the three anxious eyes. “I remember Slytherin’s Magical Zoology was taken with Gryffindor, right? You have to tell me the specifics.”
"But, is Harry okay?" Levin glanced at Harry.
Sirius Black, who escaped from prison, was imprisoned for informing on Harry's parents, which led to their deaths. Therefore, many people believe that Harry was his first target after his escape.
More than one professor has asked Harry to stay at Hogwarts and not leave the castle.
Hermione agreed, saying, "Harry, I think you should stay. We'll tell you everything when we get back, after all..."
“The edge of the Forbidden Forest is also part of the castle grounds,” Harry said, finding a reason. “This area is also within the protection zone of the Dementors. They may be annoying, but they can certainly keep Sirius Black at bay, right?”
“Alright, since you insist!” Levin nodded. He knew that the traitor was not Black, and that the black dog would never harm Harry. “If we leave now, we should have enough time to talk to him.”
The four of them hurried toward the gate, telling Levin everything that had happened in class as they went.
"From the moment the textbook was brought out, Malfoy was making trouble for Hagrid. Even though the shop assistants had already told everyone how to open 'The Monster Book of Monsters,' he pretended to know nothing and mocked Hagrid," Harry began.
“He even used the time when Harry and I fainted on the train to mock us,” Ron added.
"Oh, can't you just get to the point?" Hermione said impatiently.
"Hagrid's first lesson was with a hippogriff, a magical creature with a danger level of XXX!" Hermione said, somewhat annoyed with Hagrid. "Hagrid told us to try greeting a hippogriff named Buckbeak, and Harry volunteered. But Malfoy, just to spite Harry,..."
He wanted to participate, and then he was scratched by Buckbeek for being disrespectful.
“In fact, it’s all Malfoy’s own fault,” Ron reminded him. “Harry did a great job! I bet Malfoy wouldn’t have dared to face Buckbeak if he hadn’t been jealous of Harry’s success in riding Buckbeak.”
Levin believed this.
Given Malfoy's shrewdness, he would never rashly attempt to cause trouble in front of such a dangerous creature.
Unless he's blinded by jealousy.
“Malfoy is stupid, that’s true, but I think Hagrid shouldn’t have prepared such a dangerous creature in the first place!” Hermione said bluntly, her usual soft and cuddly demeanor completely different from her attitude towards Levin. “Harry is lucky he didn’t get his neck broken by Buckbeak!”
"That's because Malfoy shouldn't have provoked Buckbeak by calling it an ugly beast! He deserved it!"
Ron and Hermione are now evenly matched, neither willing to give in.
Harry, meanwhile, was caught in the middle of his two friends, looking quite troubled.
They've been arguing for more than just today.
Aside from the recent Malfoy injury, Ron and Hermione have argued several times because their pets don't get along.
The four of them quickly crossed the wet grass and arrived at Hagrid's hut. They knocked on the door, and a voice shouted, "Come in!"
Hagrid sat at his spotless wooden table, wearing only a shirt, with his hound, Tooth, resting its head on Hagrid's lap.
At a glance, the four men could tell that Hagrid had drunk a lot of alcohol, and in front of him was a large, single-handled goblet, almost the size of a bucket.
“I’m afraid this is a new record,” Hagrid said in a deep voice after wandering around for a while and recognizing the person. “I don’t think Hogwarts has ever had a teacher who only worked for one day.”
"You weren't expelled, were you, Hagrid!" Hermione asked in surprise, forgetting to scold Harry and Ron.
Hogwarts wouldn't fire a professor so quickly, would it? Dumbledore isn't that kind of person.
“Not yet,” Hagrid said sadly, taking another sip from his large, single-handled goblet. “But it’s only a matter of time, isn’t it, in Malfoy?”
"How is he now?" Ron asked after they were all seated. "Is he alright?"
“Mrs. Pomfrey did everything she could to treat him,” Hagrid said somberly, “but he still says he’s in a lot of pain… he’s bandaged up… and he’s still groaning…”
“He’s faking it,” Harry said immediately. “Madame Pomfrey can cure anything. Last year she made half of my bone grow back. Malfoy will definitely use that to his advantage.”
“Needless to say, the board members know,” Hagrid said sadly. “They think I was too hasty. I should have let the hippogriffs in later… after we finished with the Flobber Caterpillar or something… I thought we could get the first lesson right… It’s all my fault…”
“It’s all Malfoy’s fault, Hagrid!” Hermione said sincerely.
“We are all witnesses,” Harry said. “You said that if you offended a hippogriff, it would attack. It’s Malfoy’s fault for not paying attention. We need to tell Dumbledore what happened.”
“Yes, don’t worry, Hagrid, we’ll all support you,” Ron said.
“Cheer up, Hagrid! We’re all looking forward to your class tomorrow!” Levin encouraged him.
Tears streamed down Hagrid's face, crinkling the corners of his small, dark eyes. "After something like this, you were still looking forward to my class— Waaah—"
“Of course, I’m very interested in magical creatures. In fact, I’m quite interested in Buckbeak.” Levin smiled and patted Hagrid’s arm.
“However, Hagrid, you can’t keep drinking. I think you need to make some preparations, like getting rid of Buckbeak, or changing your course. Malfoy certainly won’t let this go easily,” Levin suggested.
“Hagrid, Levin is right. You’ve had enough to drink, Hagrid,” Hermione said firmly.
