Chapter 125 Nabu: I almost got killed by this guy's punch, luckily I was more skilled.

Rune had certainly seen the raven being taken away by Constantine, but he wasn't worried about the raven's safety. Not far from him, Naboo's body blazed with light, transforming the entire landscape into a colossal geometric pattern. Stones, wood, even the earth itself displayed Babylonian magical symbols. The mantra of the God of Order echoed through the space.

The golden runes suddenly multiplied, transforming into countless tiny blades that swiftly destroyed the rune-shaped puppet.

"I'll say it again, hand over the raven to me, and I'll allow you to live in this world!" Naboo's eyes, hidden beneath his helmet, flashed with rage. "You should know who you are, an outsider!"

However, Rune sneered. It was perfectly normal for Naboo to know he was a transmigrator, but he had no right to decide whether he could survive in the DC universe. If anyone should be in charge, it should be the Red Order or the Green Order's agents. For Naboo, as a Lord of Order, to bring this up was pure bluff.

"Our world doesn't have a tradition of begging for mercy from flying golden saucer masks," Rune mocked.

"Since you insist on doing so—"

The voice of the gods now carried the weight of thunder: "Then witness the true power of order!"

He suddenly split into countless fragments, each fragment transforming back into a complete Doctor of Fate. These Doctors of Fate formed a massive three-dimensional array, and then each Doctor of Fate began chanting different incantations. The sound waves superimposed in space, creating a resonance powerful enough to tear reality apart.

The ground beneath Rune's feet suddenly became transparent, revealing endless spatial and temporal turbulence below. Rune immediately raised his staff horizontally, and several oak trees around him suddenly sprouted, their roots plunging downwards into the void, their branches forming a protective dome. But Naboo's attack didn't stop there; countless Doctors of Fate simultaneously fired golden beams, each precisely aimed at Rune's vital points.

"You're always like this, Naboo!" Rune shouted, still managing to withstand Naboo's attacks. His clothes were grazed by beams of light, the fabric instantly turning into hard metal before shattering. "Always only caring about the order you approve of, confining yourself and the whole world to a narrow space, and naively believing that this will ensure eternal peace!"

Rune's counterattack came suddenly and spectacularly. Leaves fell from the oak trees, transforming into emerald hummingbirds in the air, each one striking a Naboo clone with pinpoint accuracy. Upon impact, the hummingbirds exploded, and the clone would crumble into a pool of muddy water shimmering with golden light, like corroded metal.

Naboo was forced to reform; all his avatars merged back into one under the influence of his will, but it was clear to everyone that his golden helmet had dimmed considerably. For the first time, his voice betrayed a hint of anger: "You know perfectly well who her father is, you know perfectly well that she will ultimately become the bridge for the Triple Demon's invasion of the real world…..."

Rune sneered, "Since you can see countless futures, then you should see what she will be like in the future. Didn't you see the sacrifice she made to seal her father? Didn't you see her working with others to save the world amidst countless dangers?"

Naboo did not answer, but the entire world suddenly darkened, leaving only the golden light emanating from the helmet. Then, the shadow beneath Rune's feet suddenly came to life, transforming into countless black arms that reached for his ankles. At the same time, the raindrops falling from the sky turned golden, each forming a ring in mid-air before merging with other raindrops upon landing to become a chain.

Clearly, Nabu had just seized ownership of Rune's Weather Charm. Rune spun his staff, creating an energy vortex around him to defend against the attacks from above and below. But Nabu's attacks became increasingly precise, his chains and shadow hands working in perfect harmony, gradually shrinking his space to maneuver.

Clearly, in terms of manipulating and understanding magic, Rune is no match for Nabu, who has been immersed in this art for millions of years.

"You can't win, Rune. I won!" Naboo's voice now came from all directions.

I am order, and order will ultimately prevail!

This was Rune's most wolfish moment; his clothes were torn in several places, revealing his fair skin underneath.

But he didn't think he had lost.

"You're wrong, Naboo! I've discovered your weakness." Rune grinned, revealing a sinister smile. "You can't possibly foresee my existence, or anything about my future, can you?"

He continued, "That's why you specifically want to fight me and eliminate the ravens whose future I've altered."

Because of me, you can no longer see the future in its entirety; because of me, you've lost control of the world; and because of me, you feel powerless, right? Even if I were to obey and hand over the raven, you would still imprison me!

Nab paused for a moment before asking, "How did you know?"

"Because if you truly knew my abilities—" Rune coldly stared at the Lord of Order, "then you wouldn't have declared yourself the winner!"

In the next instant, he lunged forward, his speed creating a sonic boom. But the next moment, his fist froze just three inches from the golden mask. Not because he hesitated, but because the space itself became as dense as lead. His muscle fibers stretched to their limit.

Naboo unleashed his full power of irony, causing countless Babylonian cuneiform characters to appear around him. Each symbol emitted golden light, forming countless chains together with the raindrops below.

But in the next instant, with a cold snort, the golden chains shattered. Rune's fist finally struck Nabu's mask, the shockwave spreading in a ring, turning the surrounding trees to dust, and even cracking the golden helmet that was Nabu's shelter. Nabu quickly flew backward, but soon stopped, and the cracks healed at a speed visible to the naked eye.

Then, the entire earth suddenly began to reorganize, and all the stones and soil broke down into countless golden cubes.

Then they are rearranged and combined into an infinitely extending maze.

Rune disdained navigating this mobile maze capable of trapping an ordinary person for a lifetime; he simply smashed the inscribed walls with his fists. Nabu's hastily constructed cage did indeed delay Rune for a while.

But it didn't take long. Realizing that Rune was approaching at great speed, the Lord of Order had no choice but to fight back with all his might.

He waved his hands with all his might at Rune, who had just emerged from the maze. Rune felt the golden helmet suddenly expand, transforming into a gigantic golden portal containing countless gears, levers, and scales. Caught off guard, Rune was sucked inside.

Seeing this terrifying opponent being sucked in, subtle ripples of energy flowed along the edge of Nabu's mask, and the runes emitted a crisp resonance like wind chimes—Nabu breathed a sigh of relief.

However, realizing his loss of composure, Nabu immediately regained his divine power and restored his absolutely majestic demeanor.
